1. I, the undersigned, declare that the information given in this application is true, complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
2. All Membership are subject to the rules and regulations of Shree Meenananda Foundation.
3. I understand that this membership is nontransferable.
4. I further declare that there are no criminal or civil litigation or charges against me.
5. I am solely responsible for my health, welfare and medications while I am inside the foundation campus. In case of any illness, I will leave the campus for proper medical care.
6. In case of any emergency or unforeseen medical situation or treatment, all expenses will be borne by me and I will not hold Shree Meenananda Foundation liable in any regard.
7. I will contribute to and participate in all the activities of the Foundation wholeheartedly and without any personal motive).
8. I understand that Meenananda Foundation is fundamentally a religious ashram, and all personal chores along with the chores and work of the ashram are performed by each resident to the best of their ability, without exception.
9. I will abide by the peaceful lifestyle of Meenananda Foundation and will not do anything that will disrupt the Foundation’s peaceful atmosphere and will not do or participate in anything illegal on Foundation’s campus.
10. I hereby declare that I will never speak or write anything against Shree Meenananda Foundation publicly or in any media. Incase of any grievances, I will speak to the secretary of the foundation.
11. Donation for membership of Shree Meenananda Foundation is entirely non-refundable.
12. Membership shall automatically result in termination in the event of indulging in any activity which violates the rules and regulations of the Shree Meenananda Foundation
13. General membership is valid for one year.

This foundation is brainchild of Guruji Shree Meenananda Tirthanath. who is the flag bearer of Tantra in modern India. Here you can learn Tantric philosophy and rituals directly from Guruji. Initiation and devotion in Tantra will not only enlighten us spiritually, it gives us a greater insight of life which leads to happiness and fulfilment. Tantra and its proper education are very much needed in today's world.

মীনানন্দ ফাউন্ডেশন হল এক যুগান্তকারী কুলবৃক্ষ। যে যুগের উন্নতির সপক্ষে সর্বক্ষেত্রে দৃষ্টি প্রদানকারী এবং সেই ভাবধারা বহনকারী। আমরা তারই ডালপালা ও কাণ্ড হয়ে চলতে উচ্চাভিলাষী।
